Change Log for the latest release

Hi,

I updated from RC 18 to RC 26. I realized, that the parameters low3dcolor and the high3dcolor changed a bit. Maybe the generic border parameters are involved too.

To do the changes on my code quickly, it would be nice to have a change log. I'm sure, this will save a lot of time.

Some parameters in the online help are not documented right now. The are not implemented right now, i guess.

There have been a huge number of changes between 18 and 26. That's not just 8 releases, because frequently there will be more than one release under the same number.

The reason for no log is because we are still in beta, and there are far too many changes to document. At this point it's more important to get the code right and in final release than to list everything. Major changes, however, are listed when they occur, and Andy does try to keep the Quick Reference guides up to date as he has time.

When we hit final the change log will be implemented again.
