Calling the mmenu.js file from a Swish Flash file

I am going through a redesign on my site, and am currently wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to call the js from the Swish swf file (for anyone that has experience using this flash application). It is possible to call js files, though I'm having difficulty getting it to happen with the test files I've created at this point. Any help (or advisement that it is not possible) would be great.
