Add a submenu and remove a submenu

I am using the Vertical menu (Opening Windows & Frames).

How can I add a submenu to a menu (ie: Name -> LastName -> and then this item...
How can I remove submenu items from a menu... (ie: Names, when you click on it it should display the page in the frame...
