Vertical 'floating' menu follows past end of page

Hello,
I've tried hard to find my answer but being new (dense I think it's called), am probably missing it/not understanding it. My right side vertical 'floating' scroll menu
works perfectly....BUT....when I scroll towards the end of the page it goes right past my footers and half of it is therefore invisible.
Milonic home page works as I want mine to....
Any suggestion/tip.....really would be appreciated.
Oh - I have top and left positions set to 180/600 and it stops/starts where it should at the top but follows on down and down...

What do you have "Follow Scrolling" set to? Do you have a URL that you could post, so we can see what's going on (much easier to figure out problems taht way)?
