Sub-Menu Scrolling (not page scroll follow type thing)

Can someone try to help me add a button or something to make my sub menu scroll through the sub-menu items.

The one in bold is the parameter to make the SUB-Menu scroll, but i dont know how to add a button or pic to make it scroll down. Here's the item i want it to be on.

All the items in one submenu straight down go past the bottom of the screen at about the bottom of ,"Saugus centurions.com ","",,,1 item, so i wanted to make it scroll down.
