Problems with horizontal sub-menus

Hi,

I'm working on a site at http://66.241.244.202 and am having a problem getting the horizontal menu to render properly. Vertically, it's fine; however, when set to horizontal, I lose the lines in between the subs and the height of the subs are different. Because the home page has Flash, I have to do it horizontally.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting a line separator in between the subs, as well as getting them to have the same height?
