Netscpe 7 - Sometimes Acting Wacky

Only on my main index page, the menu acts funny while viewed in Netscape 7 and apparently older versions of IE (a Mac user tells me).

I would try to validate my code, but I don't really know which doc type to even use.

It's strange because it's the same menu and array code I used on all my inner pages, except that the links are different. So I guess there must be something wrong in the HTML. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.

I viewed your web site with Netscape 7, but did not see anything 'funny'. What's the problem?
