multiple menus and load times

Hey all -
I'm building this site for a friend, an was wondering about "optimal" load for mmenu.js?

take a look at what I've got so far at http://dev.enteractiontv.com/cape/

As you can see I've got three different menus running in three different frames (can't be in the same frame or you get a stack overflow)
What I'm aiming to get is a floating menu for each of the main pages, each pointing towards a different subsection.

Will load times be reduced if all of the main pages (main, flights, accomodation, about...etc) all use the same mmenu.js?

Or will it be loaded each time?

Also - I'm trying to work out how to make the floating menu panel float 20px down from the top at all times?
When you scroll downt the page, it then sits flush - which I'd rather not have.

And another one...
Is there any way to adjust the speed of the sliding menu?
