Can't see the menu if it overlaps falsh

Ello Bonjour & G'day :0)

Firstly i would like to say fair play on such a good navigation, it is sweet!!!

Secondly, I am interested in using your navigation for my web site http://www.sundissentil.com

I was hoping to use it so it would be centred at the top of all my pages above some flash file which list events at my club.

I tried a quick test to see what it would look like and when I rolled over the menu the sub menus displayed beneath the flash so I couldn't see them.

How would I get the navigation to display and overlap the flash, I think it's some thing to do with layer but I'm lo sure.

Can you help please???
