Calling page again, frames menu does not dropdown on body

Hi,
We are using the DHTML frames menu in .Net. When calling a page again (by a refresh button on the body of the page), the frames_body_array.js does not display.
The script is already in the header since it works the first time it is displayed but like I said when calling it again , the menu just lights up without giving the dropdown.
