"Always Available" Sample

i'm abit confused by the "always available" sample. so it gives u a form to change the menu on the page. v gd. but if i want my menu to "remain in exactly the same position regardless of page scroll position" (as the page says), how do i change my script for this effect? surely i dun put the form on my page and tell my visitors to change for themselves rite?
