I don't think it's a case of being ignored, more a case of too many questions not enough gurus.

Here at Milonic we get literally hundreds of requests per day and it's difficult answering all of them but we do try, honest.

BTW - paying customers get guaranteed support and their questions do get answered. The Q's on this forum are basically freebies and if you're lucky you're lucky, if not. . . well, you can always bump them if see if that helps
