RC2 and NS4.79 (yuck)

NS4.79/Win2K (which I'm still stuck supporting) is really bad. Directly below my main menu graphics there is a tall, full menu-width representation of the xp_back graphic surrounded by a black border. The sub-menus do drop, but from the bottom of this additional graphic. Also, status is incorrect. It shows the URL and JS statements (internal to the menu code; e.g., javascript:_nullLink(35); - I have no JS statements) rather than the status info I have enetred in the array.

However (again) - my onbgcolor is a blue. If you get the cursor on the very bottom pixel row of the blue, just where the cursor changes from the hand to an arrow, then the status line shows up properly, but only at that location.

Somebody else mentioned a very slow load with RC1 and 4.79 (I think that was the combo). It's still there.

I see no reason why my head should have more grey than yours
