Netscape 7 problem

Please take a look that the following page and tell me how I can keep the menu from shifting to the right in the menu that is on the picture. It works like it should in IE.

Any help would be appreciated.

Menu size needed to be adjusted. Weird that it worked correctly in IE (must be more forgiving that netscape).
