Navigable with the keyboard...?

Hi Andy,

It could be really useful to use the menu with the keyboard :

1. An "hot key" assignable which could activate the menu :
the menu appear and the cursor focus on it..
2. Navigate in the menu with the arrow keys..
3. Validate with enter...

I'll really appreciate that !
Tell me if It could be possible ??

We started this with version 3.0 but never actually finsihed it.
