Menu Position

I am currently trying to get the menu to stay in a fixed position. I have tried using the script to attach the menu to a table cell which works but there is to much movement with the menu if some one resizes the browser window. I want the menu to be a fixed to a table cell but I don't want it flutter when the page is resized.

Also, sometimes it doesn't even move when the window is resized and when the table cell moves. Is there a way to fix it to a transparent 1 pixel gif. Or any scripting that can be done to keep the menu from jumping, when the window is resized. I really like this menu the best and would like to use it, just can't if this issue is not resolved.
