Horizontal menu doesn't show up when I paste in the code

I viewed your sample of the horizontal menu recently and decided I liked the look of it so I customized it to suit the needs of my own website. I copied the html code but when I went to paste it into the page where I wanted the menu to appear, it doesn't show up. I've tried downloading your zip file for the menu but my computer won't let me. Can anyone help me get the menu to show up on my website?
