Flash with menus

I am experimenting with the Milonic menus. I have a Flash piece that's located on a page. When I mouseover a menu item, the Milonic menus appear over the Flash.

However, on some browsers (Mac, IE 5, etc) The menus do NOT appear over the flash, they appear behind the Flash piece.

How can I have these menus appear OVER the Flash movie on the page? Is this possible?
