Hi again

We have problems with the menu in Opera 5 for PC and Opera 6 for MAC. It is not visible ! Any good ideas ?

Look at our testsite

Henrik,

Seems OK to me. Did you fix it? One other problem you will have is that, if you don't set the width= attribute the <img> tags of your menu images, then the menu will look all bunched up in IE the first time someone visits the site.

Kevin

Not fixed yet !

Hi Kevin

I have now tried to set the width attribute at img tag. It didn't help in Safari and I still have the problem in Opera.

look at examples at

Thanks

Hi Henrik,

I'm afraid I can't offer much help on the "not visible" problem. Your menu is visible to me in all of the browsers I use, and I don't have any Macs. However, when I visited your site yesterday, using IE6 in Win2k, I noticed that your menu images were all bunched together... the result of having no width attribute (this was the "other" problem I mentioned that you'd have... a fairly common one with IE6). That problem is now solved. Curiously, this appears to be the same behavior as represented in your screen shot of Safari... the main menu items are all bunched up. Have you completely cleared the Safari cache since making your changes tp the <img> tags? Also, if you temporarily replace the images with text, do the menus show up correctly positioned in Safari?

Hi Kevin

Thanks for your reply. I have tried Opera 5 (PC) and looked at your site. The result was the same. No menu. Look at

About Safari I have not solved it yet. Still trying.

Thanks

Henrik
