The documents you have seems like it's missing several parameters, like how do you use overfilter, outfilter ... what is the function fade and randomdisolve where is that is the documentation? Things like that ... the documentation doen't explain all the parameter settings ... ?

Am I missing something when I paid for this? I was expecting some better docs then the ones here

http://milonic.com/styleproperties.php
http://milonic.com/menuproperties.php
http://milonic.com/itemproperties.php

And what does the numbers in the code ref. column mean?

Complete docs will come when this gets out of beta and into a final release. Because it's still a work in progress a number of things are still changing, and therefore keeping the docs up to speed just isn't as important as getting the program right. Just ask questions here.

Yes you paid for this, but you paid for a beta. WHen it goes full release, your license will apply to that as well. And we should then be able to get better docs out. THe Ref numbers I BELIEVE are pertaining to places in the code where Milonic is storing certain values in arrays and such, I could be wrong...but I do know you can pretty much disregard them. Stick with Milonic, these guys always come through with great stuff.
