Vertical Scrollbar functions improperly in Mozilla/Gecko

I noticed when looking at samples of menus from the milonic site that when a vertical scrollbar appears, the behaviour is incorrect. When clicking on the scrollbar and scrolling, it scrolls for a second but the menu disappears while scrolling. I checked this in MSIE 6.0 and it seems to not disappear when scrolling.
