Relocating the link and weird colours

Two problems:
I don't mind having the link to Milonic on my v.5 menu but I'd like to relocate it. Right now, it's right before my second menu and for some reason, there's no separator after it as with the other menus. And about the separators...they're this ugly blue colour and I don't know how to change them.

*sigh*

The reason for this whole problem is that in Opera, the menu is all scrunched up because I have no value set of the menu widths. And placing a value in there makes the whole menu too big. If anyone knows how to specify the width for each menu individually in v.3, it would save me a lot of trouble.
