The menu doesn't show up?

I've implemented the menu here: http://nrh.krissi.net.
I'm running IE v6 and the menu lookes just fine by me. But now I get a lot of nag from the users of the website that they do not see the menu? Even if they install the latest version of IE, what can be the cause of this? Is there anything I forgot in the code, or is there any settings they need to set in IE? Or do they need to update anything else
I am using the frame based menu, downloaded from here: http://www.milonic.co.uk/menu/frames/

Tried both NS7.1 and IE6 under XP Pro with no problems at all. Everything worked.

and I've tried Opera. All seems fine.

Perhaps they aren't giving the menu time to load up?
