Problems with NS 4.x

Hi,
I have downloaded the example of the new menu version 5.0. The example still works with IE, NS 7 and Opera but not with the versions of NS 4.7 (german) or 4.61 (english). If I browse on the starting page of milonic.com the menu on top works but not my downloaded example.
This are the problems:
1. The menu is not centered
2. The submenus do not open by mouse over or mouse click

Is the version at the milonic page another then the downloadable example? What went wrong? The version 3.x works with the browsers above...

UPDATE: I have downloaded the newest files of the version RC 8 from 25. august, but the problems were still there. The menu appears in my main path "/" (http://www.tvkesselstadt-handball.de/index2.php), the other files menu_data, mmenudom, milonic_src and mmenuns4 were in the path /menu/. I've changed the scriptpath in the file milonic_src and added the scriptpath in the file index2.php... I can't see what the problem is...
