NavBar showing Black Border in Netscape?

When viewed thru Netscape a black border appears? Does anybody know how to get rid of this?
On Mac and thru Win Explorer it looks fine no border....

All your menus have borderwidth set to 1, but no color so I am assuming IE ingores it. Maybe netscape still redners a black border if no color is specified, but I am totally sure since I dont have/use netscape. Try setting borderwidth to zero on all your menus or commenting it out.
