Menu and Netscape

I have a basic Menu set up and working. It works OK in IE6.
However, in Netscape (7.1) the menu slams all the way over to the right.
I've checked the code and I think it is OK. I have added a little more than the Milonic sample has, but should work.
My goal is to have the heading and the menu centered at all browser sizes. I still need some HTML work to keep the Heading centered at full size browser, but I'm more interested in why the menu slides over in Netscape
Any thoughts?
