Hi,
I'm trying to get the TopMenu to display links in another frame. I have been reading the forum, and it seems that FRAMES are not supported. Is this true?
if there is a way, please let me know
thanks

That's right. I'm changing over to IFRAMES, I had a couple of minor bugs but they were sorted thanks to Hergio.

The problem with IFRames is that they are not supported by Netscape 4+. I need to design for a large audience, since it's an eduacational based site.
I ended up using another topmenu script, it functions much the same, however it doesn't seem to be as stable as the V.5 . The menu I am using now is called HV menu - taken from dynamic drive
unfortunately IFrames isn't really an option in this case because of compatibility issues.

You should drop frames all together. They are not very useful in my opinion, now that you can do server side includes and what not. If you are using a server side scripting language, try using includes to bring in banners and menus automatically.

Unfortunately, I'm not that knowledgeable of Server side scripting... so I'm kind of forced to target links to another frame.
