Win NT 4.0/IE 6.0 Library Not Registered Error

Andy,

I found a posting in the old listserv-type forums about a user that was having problems with the menus not appearing properly on Win NT 4.0/IE 6.0 that had to do with a couple of corrupt .dll files. I'm having that problem with one of my tester's machines. Do you have any idea how often this happens? I don't have the fade effect, but I do have the following code for the menu:

effect = "Alpha(style=0,opacity=100);Shadow(color=#777777, Direction=135, Strength=5)";

Would you recommend removing the effect altogether for Win NT browsers? How pervasive do you think the problem is?

Sorry for the lack of a URL, but the menu is currently only on our internal test system.
