Grey 3D Menu and "Settings" menu item

I used this menu on the weekend for my homepage... it's sensational... actually I did a hybrid of Grey 3D and XP Menu. It's been very easy to work out.

I left in the "Settings" item and was expecting it to work after I ftp it to my ISP. It doesn't work as you can see: http://users.bigpond.com/gina_oneill

I don't need it to work... but I was curious to understand... if I downloaded the same code... why does it not work?? There must be some other function that makes this happen??
