bug in IE 6.0 +Apache

trying to run your menu.zip under IE 6.0 (win XP)
from apache (under windows)
i have got error: permision denied
on line 314:

if(hlp[14]){lhrar=location.href.split("/");

permision denied at location.href



what to be done to reproduse error:
open IE6(XP) and open page menu.htm hosted on Apache.
this has to be fresh opened IE unless bug is not reproduced

if i am opening menu.htm just from my disk i did not get any error
