Suggestion for v4 - persistent swapimage with show-menu

Greetings Milonic Team,
I wasn't sure if I should use this forum or the new v4 discussion forum to submit a suggestion for version 4.0.
I can currently use the swapimage property to do the standard rollover effect, but this effect is limited when applied to a menu item that uses show-menu to open another menu... as soon as you move the pointer into the opened menu, the calling menu item's image reverts back to the mouseout state (typically defined in an <img> tag within the menu item definition). I would like to be able to make that swapimage persist for as long as the resulting submenu remains open, kind of like its mouse on background color already does. I suppose this could be a separate image property (e.g., menuopenimage), or a flag property (e.g., swapimagepersist=1 or 0), or even an automatic state that results from using a swapimage in combination with a show-menu, although others might think of different situations where they'd like the effect.
Respectfully Submitted,
Kevin
