Netscape 7 doesn't display

Anyone know why top level menus don't display but the submenus come up mostly ok? It's weird because I can scroll over them and get the submenus and those work fine.

At first I was using placemenu and had the script tags in head but I moved the tags first down into the body and then into the table. Neither display the menu top.

It works fine in IE so I'd really like to fix this somehow really easily.

A URL is always most helpful so we can see exactly what is going on (and also look at your array file).
