Menu Position

I developed a horizontal menu using V 3.5 and tested it using Opera 6.0, Netscape 4.75 and IE 5.5. Both Opera and Netscape display the menu correctly. IE shifts the vertical position of the menu towards the top of the display about 5 pixels. Is there something I am doing wrong. I just want the menu to appear directly below the banner.
