Can I have a Left and Right Following Menu - Suggestion?

I have a left hand 'following' or scrolling menu and would like either a right one as well or something else that I could use just to contain a link to a popup page. - with 'click here for more details' or something
The site is http://www.curzoncinemas.com- the reason for this is the site will ultimately be updated by the employees of the company and they will only be able to put text and pictures onto it so in order to store film details etc I need somesort of link that won't disappear when the user scrolls off the page and this will bring up a popup window. Any ideas?
