white flashes between pages

i have noticed that when using the menu...the entire page goes to white before loading the new page. i have a dark background which makes the transition harsh becuase the page always compelte white instead of staying my BG color while going from one page to the other.

however..sometimes it does this..sometimes it does not...its odd.

anyway i have the menu bound to a table cell and thats about it..its stock besides that.

help?
