Frontpage implementation/frames

I cannot figure out how to implement the menu in my homepage (using Frontpage). The page contains two frames (top/buttom), where do I put what code/files if I want the menu in the top frame, extending down into the buttom frame?

Please help

If .. this looks to complicated to you (?), I could mail you a simple "2frames" example, top and bottom, if you like ??
