current page (breadcrumbing) with an image

Hello. Can i use an image for the current page idicator. Like i want the current page menu item to be a different color, and have a little arrow next to it. but no arrow on any other menu item.

Hi,

I know you can make the current page item's background color and font color different. As far as I know, however, there isn't a current page image... none that I've ever come across anyway. Not a bad idea though. Maybe a feature to be added to version 4?
