Page reloading problem on NS 4.x

<HTML>on macintosh. If you glue the table within a cell, Netscape 4.x on Macintosh will continuously reload/refresh the page. This is a pretty big bug as it means you can't ever glue a menu into a cell and still have it work on all the browsers. I have run across similar problems before and you generally just have to set a timeout of about 1 second before refreshing the page after resize. I don't know if it will work here. Any suggestions? Thanks.</HTML>
