At http://www.medepass.com the menus now look ok because I have no setting in the

If I specify "center" for this line they look good and overall length of the menu stays true in IE 6. In NS 4.75 it is too long. Why is that and how can I fix it. I should say why does it stay consistant when there is no setting in that parameter? The result of not using a setting is that the menu text is not consistant in placement i.e. some are to the left and some are in the center.
