Help with placing menu in Netscape 4.79

Can someone help me with placing the menu in netscape 4.79. apparantely it works in andy's page and on many other pages but when i tried the same placemenu code it didnt work netscape refuses to place it in a table, but it'll work fine in IE and opera
help please!
