Frame that open another page

Hi!
First, i like very much the menu that you create. Keep the good work!

Now, the problem!

In my site i must use frames (left and main). The version for frames just work great, but there is one problem. If i open a word/excel/acrobat file in the main frame, the menu don't work, because he don't have the .js file. What can i do?

PS. I'm trying to understand the code, but i don't have the time and the skills for that.
