Always Available menu Problem, sames a Andreas

The Always available menu in the last version moved with the page and stayed in the same position. In the new version it only moves when you scroll past the top of the page, and it stays at the top.

Unlike Andreas, I acutally want mine to stay in position like the old version. Otherwise it stays at the top and makes the left side of my site look too 'naked'
