Submenu position --> above

I have the menu in a rather small frame (horizontal: height 120)
When i position the menu at the bottom of the frame, the submenu shows up above the mainmenu, but i cannot create a bottom margin....
I want the menu to apear 20px above the bottom of the screen, and the menu-items above that...
