Problem with two menus on the page in IE

I was using version 3.4 of the menu with a horisontal main menu at the top of the page and a vertical menu to the left. Everything works fine on all browsers.

However, when I upgrade to the newest scripts 3.4.10 or 3.4.11 the top menu stops working in IE.

Any thoughts?
