Positioning Question

How can i get the menu to stick in a cell vertically (up/down)

...But have it centered in the center of the screen, regardless of the cell.

(So, like centered on the screen, but stuck up/down in a cell).


Edit: The answer has to lie in the PlaceMenu function, right? But all the code is just gobbledy-gook to me, and I cant really figure out what to do.

Please, someone!
