Opening pages in different folder

I'm puzzled. I can't seem to get pages to open when they're housed in a different folder from the page with the menu linking to them.

Example:
,"Home","/Body/bdy_Home.html target=_self","",,1
does not work when linked from a menu on a page in a folder other than "/Body".

,"Home","bdy_Home.html target=_self","",,1
does work when linked from a menu on a page in the same folder

Seems very basic to me, so I'm sure I'll be quite embaressed when the answer is presented.
