menus hidden behind flash

At http://www.meredithpatterson.com/html/home.htm I have a flash playing in the middle of the window. When the menu scrolls down so it is next to the flash and you mouse over the selections that cause another menu to appear, the new menu is hidden behind the flash .
I surrounded the <tr> table with div tags and used the div id "flash" in the menu to make the flash hide but it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

yes, but this is only for IE, which i haven't had any problems with anyway.
If there is a solution for netscape, then i am very, very interested.
I have not been able to find a workaround except for building the menu as part of the flash movie.
I have the same issue

If someone else can help out with this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
I need this to work on a Mac and Netscape as well as I.E.
I cant believe it is so difficult to find a solution for this.
Maybe there isn't one?
