Menu jumps around sometimes - it won't hold still.

I'm almost finished with my site, and I'm noticing that the menu won't hold still. How can I lock it into place from page to page so it won't move around?

The site is http://www.bloodshotmovie.com (and I don't have my links page up yet where I'll post a link to this site).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
