I just found out for the first time, after 12 million hits, that our site is NOT macintosh friendly.
I finally had a chance to navigate my site on a friends iMac, only to find out that it kept hanging up on the menu. Eventually it would get past it, but it would hang there for too long. The page took forever to load as a result.
Also, the menu would not fatten up with the width of the browser window, and was smashed together like if your computer was set to 640x480 resolution... regardless of how big the browser window was.
I was hoping to find a fix here. I might try the newer version, but you can bet I am going to be testing the site on Mac's now.
I spent about 2 hours playing around with the IE5 settings on the mac, I think the issue is the "inspection" of the Java script for "malicious" code.
Personally I think this is Apple/Microsoft's fault for not making a browser that works identical to the Windows version. Like I have the time to test changes on 2 platforms and 20 browsers!
Anyway, I'll let you know if I can find anything out.

Your discentral.com link was confusing. Going there found a site with no menus, so I'll just assume you're talking about the Corvette site.
Under OS X/IE5.2.3 (the last version of that piece of junk), the menu actually works fine. It needs a little fine tuning - some of the 2 word main menu items wrap to a second line and are not visible, and your subs open too high over the main, making it difficult to navigate. Other than that, everything works. BTW, don't blame Apple for that browser.
Safari is a different story. Mains are all on top of each other and unreadable. They do drop the subs, and they work.
I suggest you move to v5 of the menu. Works great, with much better browser support than before.

Thank you for the reply. I will be adding v5 and trying some of the other things I learned in the forums this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes!

Greetings,
I'm using a Mac, OS 10.3, with IE5.2.3, and the menu still word wraps. Looks fine in the other browsers though!
Can we fix this for the Mac IE version?
Thanks!
