Netscape 6 vs. IE 6 -- Different Appearance

I've got the menu set up with dividers turned on between items. Unfortunately, you couldn't tell it from looking at the page in Netscape. Looks great in IE, but each entry gets moved up a bit (due to the missing divider pixel) as the list goes down.

Am I missing some setting that's screwing up my cross-browser goodness?

Anyway, have a look, but be warned that a) it's a development site so it may not always be pretty, and b) the menu code is generated by PHP code and is guaranteed not to be pretty.
